Wobble Giveaway — Amended Official Rules

Amendment notice. These Amended Official Rules clarify the entry methods and administration of the giveaway. They do not remove previously earned entries or reduce any entrant's existing entry count. All entries already awarded are preserved.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this giveaway is SJHCREATE, LLC, 840 Seascape Pl, Sarasota, Florida 34240 ("Wobble" or "Sponsor"). The Sponsor administers this promotion.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
Entrants must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
Entrants must be physically present in an eligible jurisdiction when entering.
Void in all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Owners, employees, contractors, officers, promotion administrators and advertising agencies of SJHCREATE, LLC, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on September 8, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on October 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for the promotion. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical failures, service outages, or delayed electronic transmissions of any kind. In the event of such issues, an entry is counted only if and when it is actually received and recorded by the Sponsor's systems within the Entry Period.

4. How to Enter (Base Entry)

To enter for free, submit your email address on the giveaway page at hiwobble.com/giveaway during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Entering does not require any purchase or payment.

5. Bonus Entries

After entering, you may earn additional entries. Each bonus action below may be completed once and is credited one time per entrant:

Refer a friend — 5 entries per valid referral. You receive a personal link after entering. See Section 6 for when a referral becomes valid. Valid referrals are capped at twenty-five (25) per entrant (up to 125 referral entries) for the drawing.
Visit Wobble's Instagram page — 1 entry. Credited for visiting the page; a follow is welcome but is not verified or required.
Vote for a color on hiwobble.com — 1 entry. Credited when a vote is recorded.
Complete the Wobble survey — 2 entries. Credited when a response with at least one answer is submitted.
Answer the price question — 1 entry. Credited when a response is submitted.
Answer the dog-size question — 1 entry. Credited when at least one size is selected.

6. When a Referral Is Valid

The referred person must independently submit a valid base entry through the referrer's link.
The referred person must be a real, distinct, eligible individual.
Self-referrals, duplicate entries, duplicate or disposable email addresses, bots, scripts, and fabricated identities do not qualify and may be disqualified.
Each entrant may be credited to only one referrer.

7. Free Alternative Method for Bonus Entries

You may receive up to five (5) bonus entries without completing any of the promotional activities in Section 5 by emailing giveaway@hiwobble.com with the subject line "Alternative Bonus Entries" and including the giveaway email address you entered with. Limit five (5) alternative bonus entries per person. Requests must be received within the Entry Period. The Sponsor processes alternative-entry requests consistently and awards the same entry value as the corresponding activities.

8. Odds of Winning

Each valid entry receives an equal chance of being selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Entry Period.

9. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Wobble Perch elevated dog feeder in Ocean Blue, including two removable stainless steel bowls, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $199.99 USD. Standard shipping within the eligible United States is included and paid by the Sponsor.

Because Perch is a pre-launch product, the Sponsor expects to deliver the prize by December 31, 2026.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value, or, at the Sponsor's election, $199.99 USD in cash. The Sponsor will not substitute a prize of lesser value.
The prize is not transferable before it is awarded. The winner may not demand a different configuration or color.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize. No purchase or payment is required to receive the prize.

10. Drawing

One winner will be selected on or about October 31, 2026 in a computerized random drawing from among all valid entries, conducted by SJHCREATE, LLC. The Sponsor retains an export of all entries and a record of entry counts, invalidated entries and the reason for invalidation, the drawing date and time, the random-selection method, and the original winner and any alternate selections. The Sponsor will not manually select an entrant because they appear more valuable as a customer.

11. Winner Notification and Alternates

The winner will be notified by email from giveaway@hiwobble.com and must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim the prize. The Sponsor may conduct reasonable eligibility verification. An alternate winner may be selected if the original winner cannot be contacted, the message is returned undeliverable, the winner does not respond in time, the winner is ineligible, or the winner declines the prize. The Sponsor will attempt up to three (3) alternate drawings; if no eligible winner claims the prize, the prize may go unawarded.

12. Winner List

To request the winner's first name, last initial and state, email giveaway@hiwobble.com with the subject "Wobble Giveaway Winner" by January 31, 2027. The Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's full email address or mailing address.

13. The $20 Launch Discount (Not Part of the Prize)

The $20 launch discount offered to people who join the list is a separate promotional offer. It is not part of the giveaway prize and does not affect the odds of winning. Discount terms:

Eligible product: the Wobble Perch elevated dog feeder.
Expires: 60 days after Perch launches.
Minimum purchase: none.
Applies to pre-orders: yes.
Cannot be combined with other discounts. One use per customer. Not transferable and no cash value.

14. Marketing Communications

By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may email you Wobble product news and launch offers. Every marketing email identifies SJHCREATE, LLC as the sender with accurate subject and header information, includes a valid physical postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time; opt-out requests are honored promptly. The Sponsor may also email you to administer the giveaway (entry confirmation, fraud verification, winner notification, and prize fulfillment).

15. Privacy

The Sponsor collects the information you submit — including your email address, referral identifiers, survey and price responses, and technical information such as IP and device data used for fraud prevention — to administer the giveaway and, if you opt in, to contact you about Wobble. The site uses the Meta Pixel and similar advertising technologies. Giveaway information may be shared with vendors strictly for administration, email delivery, hosting, fraud prevention, and prize fulfillment. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting giveaway@hiwobble.com.

16. Platform Release and Restrictions

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any claims arising from the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The promotion does not require you to share it on your personal or a friend's timeline, or to tag yourself or anyone else inaccurately. Sharing your referral link through any channel is optional.

17. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release the Sponsor from claims arising directly from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived, including liability resulting from the Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct where applicable.

Publicity rights are not a condition of winning. The Sponsor will ask the winner separately for permission before using their name, image, testimonial, or photograph in advertising.

18. General Conditions, Cancellation and Disqualification

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion only if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair its fair operation. If the giveaway is ended early, the winner will be chosen from eligible entries received before termination. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant for tampering, use of bots or scripts, multiple identities, self-referrals, harassment or referral spam, attempts to manipulate tracking, or violation of these rules. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotion. The Sponsor will not change the odds, prize, or entry requirements arbitrarily.

19. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these rules deprives an entrant of non-waivable consumer protections under the law of the entrant's state.
