Privacy Policy

This policy covers hiwobble.com in its entirety, including the waitlist, the design survey, color voting, and the giveaway. It's written by SJHCREATE, LLC ("Wobble," "we," "us"), the company behind Wobble.

1. What we collect

Email address, when you join the waitlist, enter the giveaway, or take the survey.
Survey and price-quiz responses, including anything you type in free-text answers.
Color vote picks, tied to a random ID stored in your browser, not your identity.
Referral data, if you enter the giveaway through a friend's link or share your own.
Technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through the Meta Pixel and our own server-side event relay (Meta's Conversions API).

2. How we use it

To run the waitlist and notify you at launch, including your $20-off code.
To administer the giveaway: track entries and referrals, contact the winner, and prevent fraud.
To understand what people want from the product, using survey answers and color votes in aggregate.
To run and measure advertising, using the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to see which ads lead to signups.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed here.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of vendors to run the site, and each only sees what it needs to do its job:

Supabase — hosts our database (waitlist, survey, votes, giveaway entries).
Resend — sends transactional email (confirmations, launch notifications).
Vercel — hosts the website itself.
Meta — receives pixel/Conversions API events for ad measurement, per Meta's own privacy terms.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage (not third-party cookies) to remember things like whether you've already joined the waitlist, your color vote picks, and your giveaway referral code, so the site behaves sensibly on a return visit. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies for ad measurement, governed by Meta's policies.

5. Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To request a copy of the information we have on you, or to have it deleted, email giveaway@hiwobble.com and we'll take care of it.

6. Children

Wobble is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
